We do not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under POPIA) unless explicitly required and consented to.

All third parties with whom we share personal information are required to handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data from non-bookings is deleted within 12 months. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in line with South African legal requirements.

Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies — necessary for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site. These are only placed with your consent.
