General Cleaning after Check-Out will be charged to the Guest Account through the various booking platforms
Maintenance & Repairs: We charge a management fee of 10% on all repairs and maintenance work done - the callout cost, labor and part replacement will be deducted from the monthly rental income
Laundry: We provide Linen and Towels at R1100,00 per Bedroom per Month - this will be deducted from the monthly rental income
