Letting fees
We charge a management fee of 20% +VAT including
- Thorough management of your property on major accommodation and short-term rental platforms
- Guest Check-In and Support
- Supplying and restocking essentials
- Monthly Statements and access to your properties calendar
- Year-Round utilization of your property
Additional Costs
- General Cleaning after Check-Out will be charged to the Guest Account through the various booking platforms
- Maintenance & Repairs: We charge a management fee of 10% on all repairs and maintenance work done - the callout cost, labor and part replacement will be deducted from the monthly rental income
- Laundry: We provide Linen and Towels at R1100,00 per Bedroom per Month - this will be deducted from the monthly rental income
