Maintenance Fees

We charge a management fee R 5000 + VAT per month including

Weekly site visits including our Check-List system to ensure your property is in the best shape
Support Contact for all occurring questions
Supplying a trusted network of constructors, maintenance companies, gardeners, interior designers and many more
Organizing and Overlook Repair and Maintenance Work. Note that the cost will be paid after your approval, and we will add a 10% management charge
Monthly breakdowns of all payments, repairs etc. including photographic documentation.
Taking care of administrational work, including your Municipal Account, Car Licenses, Telephone & Fibre etc.
